Nice Book

Quick listen

I can remember how the book is structured at the end, which explains how simple the content had been organized. The book accurately describes what assertive communication is. And proceeds to explain how to handle different scenarios like workplace, difficult parents, shopping etc. Overall I loved the ease with which I finished the book with a clear understanding in a few days.

When I'm looking for information that will help me to make a change or reach my goals I love reading a book that is short, easy to understand with a step by step plan. I Loved it

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.
