Another One Perfected!!!!

Bravo!!!!!!! This is a phenomenal listen and the narrator was GREAT!!! I will be listening to more books by this author and will seek out the narrator as well.

Wow..... This is a must listen

First let me say how much I enjoyed this boom from the opening to the very last seconds of the epic epilogue. This was an amazing story that touched on love, hate, rape, secrets, lies and deceit. Ultimately the the message of forgiveness and love came through with a clear message. This book was deep. It touched on a subject that is far to common these days. Race relations, fear of police officers in the black community. Like I said it's definitely worth a credit and a second or third listen.

Interesting read

While the storyline was extremely unpredictable with many twists and turns, it was concerning. I was I instantly annoyed with Gloria being so dumb and weak. I didn’t like the way Kay’s husband reacted to her truth. All of my guesses about trying to figure who the mystery person was who did what were very wrong so it was intriguing to see how things panned out. A lot of events related to the reality of todays world

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, this book was a good read from the beginning to end. This story was so real. Your faith can get so weak when trouble comes running away seems like the best solution. Each charter went through something. This book showed a very good illustration of how over coming trials in our lives will make us stronger in the Lord.

What did you like best about this story?

The unconditional love the stepmother (Gloria Jones) had for the son that was not biologically hers. How she had the courage to fight for him against all odds.

Which scene was your favorite?

The judge ruling.... Loved every word.

If you could take any character from Mama's Boy out to dinner, who would it be and why?

If I could take a character from Mama's Boy out to dinner, I would take the stepmother (Gloria Jones) because the love and compassion she had for her child made her to be supermom to me. She fought for her child like Jesus fights for his children.

Good story that is current to today's time and events

The book had many twist and turns which kept the book very interesting. The author did an excellent job making you think about how one would handle matters that were very real in the story.

everything was excellent, this book was full of drama, i could not put this audible down until i finished it

never expected the book to end the way it did, happy for Jamal, Gloria and Kay that they found each other and the truth came out.

Well written, great plot, and wrapped up nicely! This is truly a good book! I definitely will recommend this book to my book club!

Must Read/Listen

The storyline is excellent, and I enjoyed every minute of it. However, it's a bit disheartening to see our church leaders portrayed in a negative light, especially given the current state of the world.
