Love this series!

Oh, Jane Henry, you have done it again! This spinoff series to the Wicked Doms has me entranced! And Stefan...what a man. This is a little more taboo than the previous stories, as it features Stefan, the leader of the Bratva Underworld and Tara, much younger who witnesses a scene she shouldn't. Now forced to prove her allegiance to the Bratva, and Stefan's urgency to protect her, these two heat up the pages of the book. But is she innocent or a spy? This series is so good. Henry exquisitely mixes that thrilling suspense with steamy passion and leaves me breathless every time. This mild Daddy book gave us Stefan in full force. We have seen glimpses of him before, but now the full power of this man is evident. Yet, while he can be ruthless, he has a warm heart when it comes to those he loves. Tara is strong, spunky character. She may be young, but she is mature and her bravery is unmatched. I loved it! And the epilogue...oh, make my heart melt! Another incredible story and I can't wait to see what Jane has in store for us next.

Stefan and Tara needed voices that exude strength and passion, and there is no better team than Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott for this task. Ross has mastered that Russian accent, and he bleeds that alpha male sound. Kennicott has the ability to be young or old, and she finds that perfect voice for Tara, giving her that courage and that passion. Love this team and their performance is magic.

I was really glad that Stefan got a second chance at love, especially since his first love story was so tragic. This relationship is admittedly, a bit unconventional, however, it’s not the big age difference that bothered me, it was the “daddy” endearment that made me cringe. I guess incest has always been a hard limit, to me, and I just understand the appeal. With that being said, this relationship definitely had its ups and downs and there were definitely some tear jerking moments. However, overall, it was an entertaining listen and I felt like it was a credit worthy listen.

Another hit

I loved this book/audio another great addition to this series. Tarra and Stephan are a couple that you just have to root for both of them strong and fearless. The glimpses of others for some of the other stories is alway great. I could not stop reading and listening to this one. Jane Henry did not disappoint. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross narration is wonderful.

Really enjoyed this book!!! I am such a fan of this series and this author now. I enjoyed the love story and the excitement of it. I also enjoyed that it was very fast paced. And the narration was AMAZING!! Highly recommend!

WOW!

Jane Henry does not disappoint when it comes to a thrilling adventure and story. She can write anything and make it interesting. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are wonderful narrators! They are masters with bringing out all of the characters emotions and the accents are spot on!

I enjoyed listening to Jane Henry's writing. Stefan and Tara are both strong, driven characters. The story is fast-paced-- never a dull moment!

Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott were wonderful as Stefan and Tara.

King's Ranson: A Dark Bratva Romance is an age-gap Bratva contemporary romance written in dual first-person POV and recorded in dual-style narration. It's the third and final book in the Ruthless Doms series and ends with an HEA.

Great Read

King's Ransom (Ruthless Doms #3) was a good read by Jane Henry. Stefan is older than Taara and demands her obedience. She has been in love with him for as long as she can remember. He is a vicious leader of the Bratva underworld. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

This book has been a real joy to listen to. I am a sucker for unconventional love and these two will have your heart-melting. The chemistry and the fire between them are smouldering hot.

Oh this is a great age gap book. It’s written very well and has so much action in the storyline. Kai and Wen definitely make this book even more appealing, brilliant accents.
