Mia and Dante

Mafia romance is my absolute favorite and this was an age gap, arranged mafia marriage where Dante had no plans to fall for Mia. Fate had other plans for them. Although it was his father's wish for him to marry her, Dante had his own agenda. Mia was much younger than Dante but came from the same world. She did some really stupid things to get herself in trouble. To me, Dante did not come across as a strong mafia boss. There was romance as well as suspense in the book. This is my first Kira Cole book and I found it enjoyable. I did not care for Ryder Wolfe's narration, but enjoyed Serena Moon's performance. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Narrator needs improvement

The plot is good but the narrator ruins the story for me. It is hard for me to fully immerse myself in the story when the narrator sounds like he is quickly reading a bedtime story to a child for the first time.

Interesting dark Mafia Romance

I did enjoy this story. Some men are stubborn beyond reason and it seems these Alpha males are definitely without reason sometimes. If you like twisty, dark and spicy Mafia stories then you'll enjoy this too.

Loyalty and Faithfullness

This was a pretty clean mafia trope. Was easy to follow the characters not hard to like and the performance was good not great. Overall I recommend this book.

Intrigued with a suggestion to improve the narrating of the authors mind blowing story/work

I love the story. My only dislike was the slow reading of the female character. Also I disliked when she would narrate some of the male parts. It took away from the strong male character. The writing, story telling of the male narrator were absolutely astounding; so much so I just purchased and downloaded another book by this author.
