Menopause and perimenopause are a serious subject - but I think humor helps! I have laughed at myself, and my family has laughed with me and not at me when I have had certain symptoms. You can listen to my personal and very open account of what I have been going through, and how I’ve seen humor in even the most serious symptoms. I hope if nothing else besides getting the information will make you smile.

Story
Contrary to what supplement manufacturers will tell you, you don’t need any expensive shakes or teas to detox your body. Remember that your body is a very smart and complicated machine that knows how to cleanse itself if you allow it to. However, the typical Western lifestyle effectively reduces natural detoxing to the bare minimum necessary for survival. This is why so many people suffer from joint pain, digestion issues, and other diseases caused by chronic inflammation. This is why there’s an epidemic of obesity. This is why mental health issues have become so prevalent.

These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Horrible
This book should be read only by people age 12 and under. It only provides primitive guidance about the immune system. Some of the facts (like saturated fat is bad) are down right false. The book provides no factual basis or evidence for any of the advice given. The author should stick to going to her church group and stop writing books on which she has no definitive knowledge base. Probably why she has added in disclaimers every few pages. Stay far away.
