Boring!

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

This book is read as a monotonous script of different medical topics. There is no inflection in the voice whatsover and it literally puts you to sleep. Most of the topics do not pertain specifically to what a trucker needs and the health problems we have.

What could the authors have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Give better advice and find a different reader.

Would you be willing to try another one of Geordie McNeil and Nina Baez ’s performances?

NO

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

No.

Any additional comments?

Even a lot of the advice was poor. Like for losing weight - eat low fat, restrict calories, etc. <br/>We now know that it's the CARBS you eat, not fat, that causes fat. Do not waste $15.00 on this book.
