Publisher's summary
Use these guidelines of super healthy negative calorie food consumption and start treating your body how it deserves today!
The Paleo diet. The Atkins diet. The South Beach diet…What do all these diets have in common?
If you're like most people who have tried diets in the past, you're probably well aware of these diets. Did you know that they have a common thread running through them? That's right, they all use ketosis to produce results.
Ketosis may sound scary. It may sound like it refers to some sort of wasting disease or some sort of nasty open sores, but the reality is actually quite positive. Ketosis is the process where your body burns your fat stores for energy. This is quite different from how your body normally gets energy. Normally, your body gets its energy in the form of sugar in your blood stream.
Here Is a Sneak Peek of What You Will Learn:
- Go grow and glow foods
- The key to any diet success
- Keto diet basics
- Keto diet guidelines
- All about the sugar
- Rounding out your keto diet
- And much, much more...

Good book if you are interested in Keto
I had never heard of the Keto Diet before, and I have tried several of the famous ones over the years. Donovan has written a complete and comprehensive book on how to make the Keto Diet work for you.
The Ketogenic diet isone that is low in Carbs, and may also be referred to as a low carb diet, low carb high fat (LCHF), and so on. The point it that carbs are bad for you. The book itself is excellent for someone new to diets, and works if you stick to doing what it instructs you to do. This really is not a book of recipies, but rather an instruction on how to eat, what to eat, and how to get the most from this diet.
Clinger narrates well, and as always he speaks clearly, and enunciates perfectly, so that it is easy to understand what the book is telling you to do.

Read by a "bot"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
I don't imagine ANYONE would enjoy it, it is read by a robot or someone who doesn't speak any English.
Has Keto Diet: Ketogenic Diet Guide for Beginners to Lose Weight and Burn Body-Fat Fast turned you off from other books in this genre?
No, I just need to find another book by an actual author.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Trevor Clinger?
A real human being would have been a vast improvement...
