This class is suitable for those with or without any previous experience of yoga. It is devised and narrated by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and the resident yoga expert for the Natural Health magazine.
The class includes both held and flowing yoga postures combined with visualisation techniques that will stimulate, balance and clear the seven main chakras. Stimulating the chakras encourages our vital life force (prana) to flow freely around the body; it helps remove blockages and clears the mind and balances emotions, which enables us to experience good physical and emotional health.
