small shifts make huge difference

Easy to listen bundle with simple, yet thought provoking advice. The exercises are very inspiring. I recommend reading this with a pen and paper to do exercises and take notes. Like anything you’ll get out of this what mental effort you put into it.

Such an amazing audible with it's content!
