I love how positive the messages here
I love how positive the messages here are and how good they feel for the soul. It's such a refreshing listen that I listened multiple times. Would like to think like this on my own. I enjoy the affirmations here a lot.
I often have negative thoughts sneak in after listening to office gossip, sitting in traffic, running late-but it's nice to drop all that as an excuse to think more positively.

The affirmations are great
Listened to it for a month and my attitudes were notably changed. No more negative thoughts bombarding me, or when they did, the affirmations popped into my head and provided me with a positive perspective. The affirmations are great. It had this several years ago, enjoyed it, it helped to decrease stress, increase positive attitude and self-esteem. I love that it includes a subliminal section as well as audible.
