A kick-in-the-pants (in a good way)

The reason I love this audiobook is because it kind fo shook me awake to all my self-sabotage. Not just the stuff I'm not doing, but also the stuff I do that actively works against me. This book is a perfect reset, and I'm glad I found it. Excellent narrator as well. Recommend!

I got many conductive ideas from this audible.

Give it a read and you will feel a lot of positive energy and it will motivate you to be more productive.

Mind over matter

I have listened to multiple mindset books. I really enjoyed chapter 5 of this one in particular digging deeper into the negative mindset. I’m a fairly positive person but obviously negative can creep in on everyone once in a while. I did think the narration was a bit slow so I sped it up just a little bit to my comfort level.
