This is an awesome

This is an awesome and very helpful book, i've lost 15 pounds on my first 10 days of this journey I thank GOD for author for coming up with this life changing book and i highly recommend it to everyone who what to live a healthy life.

It's very helpful

What an amazing book! I am a naturally curvy woman and have never been overweight. I followed directions and lost 12 pounds in 10 days and the smoothies taste well too. I continue to go to the book all the time. I get recipes from there, and I just go back to her various tips.

Change my life


Not for everyone BIT I will tell you it worked. And I will also tell you for me it changed many bad habits. If you're going to go back to eating the way you have in the past, IMO you will only gain it back. Change your eating habits.

More than just a smoothie book

This is a great book. Not only is the concept effective and works, it really helps you learn to eat the proper way. Yes the name may throw you off making you think this is a get slim quick method but it's much more than that. Yes, you will lose just about the 15 lbs stated in the 10 days and you will understand why when you see what the plan is made up of.

Perfect narration

These detox teas are kind of bitter tasting, and I need to drink more water, too; so, for me, this is still a work in progress but I'll get there...eventually. This book is worth it - for those still on the fence.

Love it

The smoothies taste great, and give you a boost of energy in the morning. In just 7 days I lost 9 pounds and my boyfriend lost 15 pounds in 5 days!

Even if you don't continue this diet, the book offers great recipes and insight for people who are new to making their own smoothies at home vs. pricey store bought ones.

Great book


Usually smoothie cleanse is do not help me lose any weight. But this one did! I think that she has a good knowledge of which fruits to not combine to decrease bloating.

Fantastic book!

The absolute best thing about this book is the education. Yes, the recipes are there, but explains why certain things mix while others don't, how to create your own recipes, and what to use depending on the goals you are trying to reach. If you’re looking for an honest book with great recipes— BUY THIS! You won’t be disappointed!

More than just a juicing book


Truly a great cleanse I got multiple people into doing it! The book is very easy to listen and understand and they even give you a shopping list and all the smoothie recipes. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to clear their body of toxins and start feeling better. Small tip is I would start on a weekend or a day where you have a couple days off because for some people like me the detox symptoms Hit me hard. You will learn all about them once you buy this great book!

Awesome book!

I decided to try the cleanse and lost 11. 6 lbs, 4.5 inches of my waist, 5.5 inches of my hips. This is not diet, but a lifestyle change. I am still doing my green smoothies every morning and healthy snacks and meals throughout the day.

Perfect

I did the cleanse a few times. It worked ask advertised, if I followed the book step by step I lost 10 pounds in 10 days. But after wards once you introduce yourself back to solid foods, even healthy ones, I gained it all back and more. I was 135 when I started the cleanse, 125 when I finished, and about 2 months later I was 145. I am extremely active and eat fairly healthy, but I feel like the cleanse was essentially starving me skinny.

The best.


First time doing this. Heard so many good reviews. I mainly did this, aside from wt lost, my back is killing all the time, always bloated, skin is bad. 10 days later, i was down 10.2 lbs. It worked. Plus with these detox, you can snack which is great. No starving. I will definitely do this again someday.

clear and informative


Easy to follow. Realistic ingredients. I lost 10 pounds! I used this to kick start the new eating habits my doctor recommended. The smoothie program was a break from my everyday not-so-great eating habits

Great Book

Very well put together! I ordered this book because my friend and I were going to try it. We both lost the 10 pounds (stick to the plan). Day 4 and 5 was rough, but day 6 smoothie was a welcome treat.

It really works

I loved the book! It has the best recipes for healthy smoothies. I know lots of people who reference back to this book because it's like a weight loss bible.. the smoothies are so good that you will not be disappointed.

Loved it.

Loved it. Very informative. wasn't overwhelming which usually causes me to give up. Love the diversity in the smoothie recipes and the clean high protein recipes.
