This is an awesome

This is an awesome and very helpful book, i've lost 15 pounds on my first 10 days of this journey I thank GOD for author for coming up with this life changing book and i highly recommend it to everyone who what to live a healthy life.

It's very helpful

What an amazing book! I am a naturally curvy woman and have never been overweight. I followed directions and lost 12 pounds in 10 days and the smoothies taste well too. I continue to go to the book all the time. I get recipes from there, and I just go back to her various tips.

Great book.


Great book. It helped me jump start and revamp my diet. While doing the cleanse I found myself to have energy everyday! It really helped me jump start how I look at my diet. It proved to me through personal experience the positive impact of having a nutritious diet. I have no problem avoiding foods that are not healthy that I love because the momentary pleasure is not worth how I feel most of the day.

Loved it!

The thought of having to juice a whole celery stalk per day turned me way off. But I am very curious what it can do for me. This book has very much inspired me. I’ve already come this far without touching his number one recommendation, so I have nothing to lose other than inconvenience, and potentially a ton to gain.

Okay so this is a juicing recipe book so of course there are a lot of recipes in it. There seems to be a recipe for everything and anything under the sun, which I like about this book.

You will not be disappointed with this book. The recipes are so unique and creative, yet call for produce and fruit that are easily available. I love some of the clever names given to the recipes.
