great product


Great book to get you going. Had a lot of recipes. Just remember less in more. Use three different foods per juice otherwise you start to blend way to many flavors

Great plan

My thoughts was not to loose weight but to get healthy . I start to juice daily the green machine literally became my coffee and I noticed a difference in my skin and my waistline practically my overall body was improving. Will order his other book juice it to loose it More updates to follow

Great introduction to juicing!


A big help for starting juicing. I like the lists of what each different fruit and vegetable is good for, which vitamins, minerals, and other properties they contain. We've made many of these already.

Love it!

This is really impressive. Enjoy this book and use it often to keep healthy and have delicious juices for all occasions. Also included are ideas what to do with the pulp in juices, ideas. It is a great resource that I use often.

Not a good audio book

Download was in AAX format and, for Windows 10. had to be converted to MP3. The Audiobook APP for Windows 10 can no longer be downloaded from the Windows Store. Once converted and I started listening to it, they simply read the recipes one at a time. The chapters listing in the player menu don't indicate which recipe is which or where each recipe is located, so you must listen to the beginning of each chapter to find out which recipe it is for. Overall, this is a poor choice of a book to convert to audio, not to mention the problems getting it to a Windows PC in the first place so you can listen to it.

Breakfast Bettered

Juicing for Beginners" is a great guide for vegetable and fruit juice aficionados. I received a new juicer for Christmas but was initially clueless without recipes. This book offers 100 recipes which are easy and fun to create. Besides that, there is Important information included about weight loss, fighting health ailments and nutritional advice.

I especially loved the tip of how to quickly clea

I especially loved the tip of how to quickly clean my blender after use. I was getting tired of taking it apart to clean it every day but their tip was super simple and didn't require taking the blender apart. I struggle to eat all my veggies but these green smoothies make them delicious!

So many recipes and they all taste delicious! I was not optimistic that I would enjoy green smoothies but after a friend sent me one of the recipes and it was so yummy I knew I had to get this book. It's got lots of tips to help make your smoothie life easy.
