Great plan

My thoughts was not to loose weight but to get healthy . I start to juice daily the green machine literally became my coffee and I noticed a difference in my skin and my waistline practically my overall body was improving. Will order his other book juice it to loose it More updates to follow

Great introduction to juicing!


A big help for starting juicing. I like the lists of what each different fruit and vegetable is good for, which vitamins, minerals, and other properties they contain. We've made many of these already.

Great book to get you going. Had a lot of recipes. Just remember less in more. Use three different foods per juice otherwise you start to blend way to many flavors

Love it!

This is really impressive. Enjoy this book and use it often to keep healthy and have delicious juices for all occasions. Also included are ideas what to do with the pulp in juices, ideas. It is a great resource that I use often.

Breakfast Bettered

Juicing for Beginners" is a great guide for vegetable and fruit juice aficionados. I received a new juicer for Christmas but was initially clueless without recipes. This book offers 100 recipes which are easy and fun to create. Besides that, there is Important information included about weight loss, fighting health ailments and nutritional advice.

I especially loved the tip of how to quickly clean my blender after use. I was getting tired of taking it apart to clean it every day but their tip was super simple and didn't require taking the blender apart. I struggle to eat all my veggies but these green smoothies make them delicious!

So many recipes and they all taste delicious! I was not optimistic that I would enjoy green smoothies but after a friend sent me one of the recipes and it was so yummy I knew I had to get this book. It's got lots of tips to help make your smoothie life easy.

tasty

I’ve never been a fan of coconuts. I find their taste as something I cannot stomach. In the Melon and Coconut water recipe, I substituted the coconut water for seltzer. It tasted really good. The fizzy texture really elevated the recipe

Great for summer

Lemon on and Mint Juice is very refreshing on a hot summer day. I would skip the black pepper though. I didn't like the taste of that in the recipe. Add some tonic water and make it bubbly!

Lovely recipes

The ginger tea as milk! I've never tried a milky ginger tea before, but I've always liked ginger tea. I must admit, when I read there was milk in it, I was worried it would just make me have a messy stomach. But regardless, I gave it ago. The honey and milk paired really nicely with the ginger. It took out the raw spiciness of the ginger and it was so good! It's a must try for everyone.

Book has Everything!

I have read so many books, researched so many foods, and EVERYTHING is in this book. These ladies are great! They have done all the work for you. They tell you about blenders, how to store your vegetables & fruits, smoothie packs, freezing, everything. And not to mention a lot of recipes and how to tweak them for your own taste. You will be happy with it as I was.

very well

He is not a fan of juices and smoothies, but when I saw this milkshake recipe, I figured he would like it. He really enjoyed it and asks for it all the time. When strawberries are in season, I buy a bunch and freeze it so he can have the shake year round.

It was everything I imagined and more

I have a soda stream at home and I sparkle EVERYTHING. When I saw the recipe for Sparkling Apple and Grape juice, I knew I had to try it. It was perfect! It was everything I imagined and more. An added bonus is my kid drinks it too and calls it her very own adult drink!

Great variety of smoothies

My wife and I received a smoothie maker as a gift this summer. I then had the same smoothie made for me for about two months straight. In an effort to expand our horizons, we bought a smoothie recipe book and it's been such a treat. Not only is there great information about the benefits of drinking smoothies but there are so many recipes here that I don't think we'll ever get to them all. One of my favorites is the Pineapple and Kiwi Smoothie, followed by the Orange-Berries Smoothie. Great flavors, aromas and colors!

I like it.

Solid juices and smoothies I have a vitamin and it works great with the ingredients. I suggest you make sure you have a powerful mixer/juicer for some of their more adventurous flavors. I think having a good juicer is a staple in every kitchen.
