A Great Start to Finding Your Why

It takescourage to lay the 'How' on the table for the world to pick apart. A lesser team would have been thwarted by the challenge of deconstructing and communicating a very human journey into a roadmap that can help guide so many of us.

For me, the timing of this book was critical. As I read, it became clear that my difficulty in leaping into the unknown of my 'why' was because I couldn't see the 'how' ahead of me. Find Your Why gave me the confidence to clearly speak about the things I already knew and believed in, but handed quite figured out how to apply in a business environment.

If you already know that your 'Why' is helping others discover theirs, this book will give you the words you need to inspire them to start looking and the tools you need to help them discover it.

Not a worthy follow up to a classic

A little deceiving: this is not a Simon Sinek book. It’s a companion guide from his coworkers, and not nearly as good as the big dog.

The narrator even sounds a little like Simon, but the pace is awkward, very few compelling stories or memorable bullet points.

Skip this one and get ‘start with why’ or ‘leaders eat last’

This is a must read

I came in with average expectations and could not have been more surprised or encouraged with the results this book has had on me in just under a weeks time. I can't wait to apply the lessons i have learned in all aspects of my life. Read this book, It will not disappoint.

Great message, lots of fluff

The message is great, but i felt like the same thing was being said over and over in each chapter. Honestly, uou can read one chapter and not even have to read the rest because he just finds different ways to say the same thing. I guess i was hoping for more meat in this book, not fluff.

This would be a wonderful “quick reference” for the facilitator of the why process but I feel it’s counter productive to only have the audible version. If you’re really going to do this you NEED the actual book.

Great for CEO’s & Organizations

This book is great for the CEO, upper management, and the people who are willing to participate in finding out your “Why”. I am a huge fan of Sinek’s principles. If your organization wants to make a drastic improvement within or for your customers, this is the book you need to read and put into practice.
