Publisher's Summary

The second novel in the explosive, addictive new Luxe series by New York Times best-selling author Ashley Antoinette.

Bleu is addicted to the luxe life, and it has led her down a road of self-destruction. She knows what it feels like to be turned out by the game. With a crack addiction that she can't seem to escape, she's desperate for a savior. The problem is, she has two great loves who both want to come to her rescue.

When her best friend, Noah, comes searching for her, Bleu is faced with a dilemma: Will she let him save her, or will she stick with kingpin Iman, who has loved her since their first encounter? Or will both men lose her to the abusive, deadly love of the high?

Great book! Boring narrator!

I had to speed the book up just to enjoy it but it was good none the less. Just wish it was read by Cary Hite.

I wish there was a third part!

I loved it, but I wish it hadn't ended the way it did. The Narrator was great, and Ashley Antoinette never disappoints!

Mad!

What made the experience of listening to Luxe 2 the most enjoyable?

The ending because Bleu finally got it together lol!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Luxe 2?

Bleu and Noah being reunited.

Did iiKane do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

No. Her voice is too monotone.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

You can't run from destiny.

Any additional comments?

Why did Noah have to die!!! :-( Like seriously!!!

EYES FULL FO TEARS ...OMG

What did you love best about Luxe 2?

I loved the many emotions this book brought to me. I really felt Blue's pain great job

Have you listened to any of iiKane’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I really didn't care for the reader on this book it was the story that kept me attracted that the voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

this Book made me so angry for most of it I just couldn't understand why she kept making the same mistakes and how weak Bleu became, but towards the end I cried and cried and cried.. I have never cried over a book this one I get it now.

Any additional comments?

this was a great book and great series and my first book I have read from Ashley alone. I am a die heart Cartel fan. It brought so many emotions out of me.. thank you for the read and thank you for the cry

Man oh Man... (SPOILERS!!!!!)

Sooooo was I the only one yelling at Blue????

She made me so angry sometimes....sigh well the book(s) - you have to read them both to fully understand the story - were really good. I really didn't care for the narrator of the first book this one was ok...they read really slow, but I Love all the difference voices she had for the different characters. I am saddened by the ending, but I was elated when her luck turned for the better. There are holes in the story so I would love if a Luxe III is released. Like is that Cinqo's baby, and will Eman find out the truth about the night Tan died? Oh and mostly is Naomi gonna get hers for killing Noah???

I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!

Nice Follow up to Luxe

Ashley has a knack for writing some of the more better urban fiction books.  I enjoy when she teams up with her hubby but her solo books are even better because it's from a female's perspective.  I was hoping this book would be just as good as the first one and it didn't disappoint.  It was a page turner and full of so much drama, love, and tragedy, and I would definitely recommend. All I can say is WOW because I am left with so many emotions after reading this book. Although I wasn't crazy about how the story ended, I have to admit it was a very good book.

Ikane is normally a very fast narrator but she did well with this book.

Phenomenal Storyline

The author did a phenomenal job detailing the characters in the story. Every character was unique with their own struggles. The descriptive manner used to list the features of the characters pulled me in to the book like I was watching the movie play out before my very eyes. I highly encourage this book. You will not be disappointed.

It was better than part 1

This story was a little better than part 1 but it's not necessarily my favorite series. Maybe it was because I just didn't care for the narrator. Blue is still simple & weak. Certain parts of the books timeline didn't add up. Like when Bleu found out she was pregnant she was 12 weeks (3 months) but when she got the 1st text from Iman she said she had been clean for 6 months. Well she was didn't stop getting high until she found out she was pregnant at 12 weeks which to me means 3months of pregnancy plus 6 months of sobriety equals 9 months of a full term pregnancy. But nope! Not this book Bleu went into labor at 6 months pregnant. And what happened to Cinco & Sandoza? Did Cinco just give up his hopes and plots to kill Iman and take over as the kingpin of the Tijuana Cartel? Did Sandoza die? What was Iman doing in the 6 months that Bleu was in Flint? Was he trying to find out who killed Tan? Lots of unanswered questions. All I know is if there ever happens to be a part 3 I'm not getting it on audible.

Absolutely loved part 2. The ending touched me but, I was happy Blu turned her life around. Hopefully a part 3 to get Naomi...

Now that's how you narrate a story!

The story was pretty good; I enjoyed it. I gave it 4 stars
enjoy this program the narrator made it great! I struggled through Luxe 1 because of the narrator. But I only purchased that one so I could get to this one because I love iiKane's talent.
I read all of the books by Ashley & Jaquavis, individually and collectively, and I will continue to do so. Thanks guys, keep cranking them out.
