Publisher's Summary

Butterfly is the first novel in an all new series by New York Times best-selling author Ashley Antoinette!

"Run away from the boy that gives you butterflies, he's going to break your heart."

Morgan Atkins had been told that phrase ever since she was a little girl, and still she allowed herself to fall for the boy that made her heart flutter. After losing her first love, Morgan is terrified to love again. She's settled for a comfortable life with a respectable man. She has everything. She's living in the lap of luxury, and although she's comfortable, she's bored out of her mind.

When a ghost from her past blows into town, she finds herself entangled in an illicit affair. It's wrong, but she can't fight the butterflies he gives her, and honestly, she doesn't want to. She can't hide the natural attraction she feels, and soon, she's so deep involved that she can no longer tell where the boundary between right and wrong lies. Her heart is telling her one thing, but her head is saying another. Morgan Atkins has always been a spoiled girl and she tries to have it all, but when she's forced to choose between a good man and a bad boy, someone will end up hurt. Someone just may end up dead.

Morgan Atkins has been through more tragedy than one girl can bear. Will she weather this storm? Or will the ultimate heartbreak ruin her for good?

Just ok...

I finished the entire Ethic series and TBH I was hoping to read more about Bella and Hendrix. Morgan is the the ultimate “pick me” and her drama was becoming exhausting. The constant fighting and struggle love is tired. The narrator is PHENOMENAL but I probably won’t continue this series bc I feel like it’s dragging on at this point.

I hope it's not prolonged.

It was a GREAT start. She really came out the Box with this 1st novel she also contradicted herself with some part of the story I hope she doesn't drag it along and just place filler into the book like the Ethic series. She tends to drag her fans on just to make money

Another Bombshell

No one can describe love like Ashley Antoinette and no one can sing the words to describe a love story better than Nicole Small. The dynamic-duo does it again with another Blazing Haute love story. Thank you for another great love story. Can’t wait for Book II.

Difficult ass MORGAN!!!

I'm team Meek 1000% no matter what Messiah didnt have to do mo like that. Bash an his family did wayy to much. Meek is exactly what Morgan needs and I really hope she chooses him over the 2 others when it's all said and Done!

Will give this series one last chance...

This author takes what should be 4-5 solid books but ruins the content by dragging it out into 7-8+. And it does feel like a money grab. The book is basically a bunch of guys doing the pick me dance over hood rich women (Aria and Mo) who can’t see past dope boys and drama. Morgan and Messiah has drug out for 2 books now for no good reason. Bash needs to find a woman on his level who won’t use him because he looks good on paper. Meek complicates the story for no reason too. Hopefully 2 will be better but this one was a waste of credits.
