Kathy continues to tend to the poor of the East End and help her sister - and she of all people knows that the society that Jennifer keeps is damaging her. Won't buy this author again--foul language.

Would you try another book from Kay Brellend and/or Annie Aldington?

Not from Kay Brelland. Annie is a fairly good narrator. Would listen to her again.

What was most disappointing about Kay Brellend’s story?

All the F-bombs & other bad language. Also didn't like the disgusting situations.

Did Annie Aldington do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Fairly decent at it.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from East End Angel?

All the nasty language. Also would tone down the cheating &lying. Gets depressing.Wife beatings too.

Any additional comments?

I'm not sure if I'll finish it. Will probably ask for my money back. Much prefer Ellie Dean & Donna Douglas.
