Outstanding! Fresh! Effective!

This book should be required reading / listening for any working in mental health, and should be handed / read to by anyone struggling with addiction or dysfunction behavior or anyone that knows someone who is struggling.

Great content. Poor narration

I highly recommend you READ this book, but I can't recommend the audio version because the narration is very choppy and distracting.
