Successful manager secrets

If you could sum up Secrets of a Highly Successful New Manager in three words, what would they be?

Manager tips and tricks.

What did you like best about this story?

It talks about the must have skills and what to do and what not to do to be a successful manager. I found those tips enlightening and educational.

Any additional comments?

Working at my 12 hour job, I found myself being a boss to 5 contractors and handling them can be tough because it can be overwhelming at times. I found this book helpful in delegating certain tasks to them, and also making sure you build a great relationship with your employers. If you're in the work force and want to build a great business, you need to be a great manager first.

successful guide

I loved this! Instead of an "if you follow these rigid rules you will have success" approach, these serials were more like a written circle of powerful the people sharing their stories around a bottle of wine. I have come away from this reinforced to keep building, you will too if you listen it.

Best book

I think the book was a little technology focused…I'd like to hear from people who feel successful in less "wealthy" lifestyles, but I think these people were driven by passion. I want others to feel successful raising kids, teaching, or doing social services, which may not be mind blowing, but very necessary. I love the strength and the balance in the book, though.

Amazind book

In communication skills, Ethan discusses the importance of communicating clearly. He emphasises this with very good analogies that anyone will be able to appreciate very quickly. It would have been better if he gave some tips on how to communicate well. In team building skills, Ethan discusses the importance of team communication and provides some tips to conflict resolution. Inner character talks about self awareness and understanding, constantly improving oneself and thereafter seeking feedback. Really its good
