Time tested advice for women

I really appreciated listening to this book. The advice was not new, but its context was closer to something that I could relate to than other self development books that I have read. I felt less like I was listening to a self-help book and more like I was having an honest conversation with an auntie or woman for whom I have great respect. I recommend this book for anyone trying to honestly become not just a more successful woman but a better woman in general. Also, although the audiobook of successful women speak differently came out first, I recommend reading successful women think differently first and then reading this one.

8m so amazed and 8n awe of this author, she make s me feel like I need to meet her, interact with her and make her my personal best friend.
The points she expresses are points that will allow any woman to aspire to be better. To be stronger and be enlightened to turn inward for a gentle self evaluation. She speaks from the heart for me. Several points she shared resonated with me in past experiences.
I truly enjoy this author and was unaware that I have 4 of her books. She speaks volumes to me.
She has a Love for sisters of all colors.

New and Industry-Leading Thoughts

I've read and listened to a lot about this topic and was happy to hear the author refer to many of the same other thought-leaders that I've followed. She gives great advice for strengthening voices, which I wish I had known about decades ago. She also shares great ideas that aren't widely-publicized but are highly effective (e.g., if your boss is yelling at you on the phone, hang up. Let them know it's unacceptable and you'll talk to them when it can be a calm conversation).
