Excellent book
This book starts slow (frankly not interesting) but then gets into the details of how to become an trusting and inspiring leader. Very thought provoking. The best leadership book that I have seen in recent years.

Long on promise, short on examples
I don't think I've ever heard an author repeat phrases so often, I never want to hear anyone say trust and inspire ever again
I kept listening for several hours to get to the How To section, but all I kept getting was "bad leaders do this and good leaders do that".

This book is needed and transformational! The impact a “trust and inspire” leader can make is unmeasurable, like the ripples of a pebble in the water. Must Listen
Stephen M.R. Covey is an expert in Trust. With this book, he has taken his expertise in this domain and translated it to how leaders need to be in the New World of Work. You cannot manage people as you manage things. I love how he talks about inspiring people by believing in their potential and how trust is both something that is earned and given. He gives great tips that you can put into action today - whether you are a manager, an individual contributor who leads, a professor, in the private or public sector.
Trust and Inspire is a must listen. (I only wish that my managers had read this years ago.) I own this as a hardcover and audible because I love it so much.

bad voice and terrible story
while I like the idea of trust and inspire this book is over inflated and at the same time shallow. it sounded more like the author name dropping and hyping up his story than talking about the subject of the content. I hate comand and control but this is no book I would recomend to anyone.
