Excellent book

This book starts slow (frankly not interesting) but then gets into the details of how to become an trusting and inspiring leader. Very thought provoking. The best leadership book that I have seen in recent years.

This book has so many principles for everyone. It encourages you to be your best so that you can equip others to be the best that they can be.

Life changing concepts!

I began reading this thinking it was another book by Stephen R Covey. To my surprise it was his son. Overwhelming the deeper truths he revealed in two basic principles of trust and inspire! I’ve been renewed and inspired to begin again at 70 to give more of myself to others. Thank you Sir for continuing the legacy!
