This was the book for me! loved the message and the layout. I will be using this information and insight to grow my family and business.

Well thought out and easy to listen on repeat

The tone and energy of the reader made this an easy listen. He had character, vocal variety, and even emulated the way the writer speaks in real life. I highly recommend this book.

Incredible book -- a Must Read

A must read for any manager that wishes to truly become a leader. I own a small business, and Dave's experiences keep us from making some of the same mistakes.

Dave is a great inspiration and leader

This book made me think about different ways to get started with an entrepreneurial venture, as well as how to think about effective leadership.

There is a story Dave tells where you may need to be alone to hear it, but it conveys just how much he cares about the people who work for him.

Dave is a leader who creates other leaders. He helped get me out of debt, and I may need to order his book in print so I can more easily review all of the bulleted lists. That is hard to do via audio.

Plan to read it over and over...

So much info; you'll want to keep going back to review it! Dave gives it to you straight forward with no sugarcoating. If you were to ask advice from someone who knows, you'd want to know the truth. Dave gives the truth and then some. His programs are life changing. Check out and teach your children the Financial Peace University to become debt free - a road led by years of experience. Learn from others mistakes before you have to make them!

Loved it. The fact that Dave Ramsey narrated the book himself is a testimony to his passion and made it all the more special.

Great Book

I listened to this book ( you should definitely take notes) and The Purple Cow. Both awesome books!

Applicable, Innovative, and Topical

Ramsey offers great advice on being and developing inspired leaders and loyal team members. He also provides common sense advice to getting out of and/or running a business without debt. I recommend it.

Amazing!

This is by far one of the best books I’ve listen to in a while. Chock full of wisdom and right now applications. It’s worth the listen. Do it. You won’t regret it.
