a must read for the modern leader
Read it. Study it. Implement it. I’m going to buy the hard copy next and plan to reference this book over and over again (+ the books and leader’s referenced in this book) as I start my new venture. I wish I had this a decade ago when I built my first organization. A must read for the modern team.

Great advice!
I read this book right as I was about to begin a hiring process for two new employees. The book helped me shift my thinking and do a better job in the hiring process. I’m very excited about the candidates and the two new employees and I’m grateful to Mike for sharing his wisdom. I highly recommend this book!

Some gems but sad to see Mike bowing to DEI
First, there are some helpful takeaways here. I plan to implement some of the advice. I devour Mike’s books. But hearing him plug DEI and certain acronym “communities” was disappointing. This sort of mentality has harmed many a work place cultures and I found it out of character for him.
Also, might be an audible issue but I found the recording quality was noticeably lower than usual. Anyway, hope to see Mike keep doing his thing.

You can’t have a great company without great leadership
It took me years in business to figure out many of the concepts that are in this book. Following Mike’s simple plan, as described in All In, can save the entrepreneur an abundant amount of time and experimentation to achieve greatness. If you are truly all in as it relates to your business, you owe it to yourself to read and understand the principles that are in this book. It has the ability to transform your company from good to great.
