I really thought there would be more to this

What did you like best about More Than Enough? What did you like least?

I was looking for more concrete ideas for what to do with your money once your debit has been paid off. There was nothing wrong with this book, it's just very shallow.

Great book!

kept my attention and made me crave more of the knowledge and wisdom shared. Dave has many great references to the word about how to live with more than enough and gave me a whole new perspective on why we should follow through with our financial peace.

No new information.

No new information. I have heard all of this in other books that were presented better than this one. seems more of a preaching style for motivation using old information.

Inspirational but kind of short on tactics of what to do.

I enjoy listening to Dave Ramsey books. This is the third I’ve listened to. I found financial peace university way better than this. This book has good points in it but if you’re looking for a rock hard plan to get your life’s finances in order this isn’t the book you’re looking for. Get financial peace. Although if you’ve listened to financial peace and have been working the program but are feeling a little blah this is a good book to stoke a fire under your butt to get back on track. Hope this helps.

A Must Read or Listen for all my young adult kids.

If you could sum up More Than Enough in three words, what would they be?

A Must Listen

Who was your favorite character and why?

Dave Ramsey. The way he describes the myths and facts of things that we have all heard and the different beliefs.

What does Dave Ramsey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The way he says and explains things. Very clear picture in ones mind after listening to him.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Up set with myself that I didn't figure the things out myself and why didn't I hear of his book before now. And yes he did make me laugh and cry. Humor is always a good way to teach and learn. And after thinking and applying it makes you tear up wishing you had learned this earlier because it really would have made life easier.

Any additional comments?

Just thank you from and old retired fire Captain who wish's he had read and listened to the CD earlier . Now to pass it on to my kids. Thanks again , Dave.Sincerely, Tom

It’s ok, but more of a pep talk type book

I would say listen and relisten to the Total Money Make Over if you’re really wanting to change your spending/savings habits. This is somewhat of a Ted talk type book, with some areas that are a bit too old school for me (women working versus staying home and raising kids).
