I love Dave Ramsey
This book offers down to earth practical advice on how to start up and run a successful business. Dave Ramsey is a great personality and very easy to listen to. He has gained his wisdom firsthand as over 20 years ago he went bankrupt and has since then been able to start his own successful million dollar business!

TOO GOOD TO READ IN ONE SIT.
Would you listen to Entreleadership again? Why?
I will listen to this book once every quarter.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book is so good, and it got me so pumped and motivated that I had to stop reading it. I would listen to the audio book for 15 minutes and had to stop for 30 minutes because my heart was pounding to much. This is really a great book.
Any additional comments?
If you are looking for a solution to a poor company culture this is it. The change starts with the business owner. And this book takes you by the hand and shows you the way.

Another Ramsey Great
I love Dave's no nonsense approach to business. I think both Financial Peace and this book need to be mandatory teaching in high school and part of the core learning in college. I really could have used this when I took over the family business.

Excellent blueprint for a business
I have been wanting to start my own business for a long time now and I have been looking for resources lately to do just that. I found this book and I have to say that I am completely satisfied with its contents. I highly recommend this book to anybody looking to start a business or who is currently already operating a business and seeking to positively change their culture
