Great read

Harry Altman has written a comprehensive 100 level text for anyone considering Agile. I will be looking for a book that discusses the transformation of business leadership to support agile. Without a solid business user who can, and is will to, drive "sprints" and product valuation you will have a challenging experience with agile.

One more spectacular book

This is a very inspirational and practical book for organizations that want to increase their agility. It provides many examples, stories, and anecdotes from the author and other agile practitioners. Highly recommended if you're looking for ideas to help teams and organization to adopt agile in a way that it helps them in increase results and deliver value. I like how the book focuses on people, as people are the ones that will make the change, can drive change, and will make changes stick in organizations. Practices and processes can be helpful, but it's up to the people to pick the ones that will be suitable to solve their problems and that can help them to do a better job.
