Interesting take on the subject

The book highlights many of the difficulties of transferring an organization to an agile mind set.

But the nfortunately, it also contains some pure BS. I.e. waterfall doesn’t automatically means higher quality because of a dedicated testing phase.

As the book states, waterfall can’t go back or has very high costs associated with changes.

Agile on the other hand, can thrive in methods such as TDD. Test Driven Development means that the whole solution is tested automatically before *each* commit to the main code. Integration test (UAT) might still be needed before releases. But any discoveries (including bugs) will be much faster to handle than in a water fall project.

Explains Well

This book explains the benefits of modern Agile and Scrum strategies to improve production. A Gentle Introduction to Agile provides ground-level exposure to engineers and managers alike. It explained everything well.

A Balanced Book

Excellent book. Agile Project management can also be handled through the use of various tools; which simplify the overall processes by the needs of the organizations. Amongst the most common tools are Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban. Highly recommend this book.

Well Worth

This book offers an easy to understand and inexpensive alternative to traditional books. The explanations are sensible and pitfalls are clearly described.

A Quick Guide

The book is not difficult to listen but it is dry as it is instructional. It does serve the purpose for which it was written. A quickstart guide compared to a detailed instruction.

Through the help of this book, I was able to familiarize myself. these books focus on understanding Agile Project Management. There are lots of clear-cut explanations and nice examples of successful agile.

There are lots of books available on Agile. I've got several. This one is clear and does, as its title suggests, walk you through step by step. I recommend it.

Reasonable and simple-to-do exercises that will assist you with getting victories off your activities. I'm as of now learning and rehearsing en route of managing the burdens and difficulties with exercises expected to complete an undertaking. Great way to gain a basic understanding of agile project management methodologies. This book was short enough for me to make it through it but long enough to ensure I understand.
