The first thing to know is that this isn't a detailed guide to Scrum practices, though there is a summary of the key practices in an appendix.

A Quick Guide

The book is not difficult to listen but it is dry as it is instructional. It does serve the purpose for which it was written. A quickstart guide compared to a detailed instruction.

This book is a go-to for reference material for scrum teams. Every scrum team should have a copy for reference and reminders to various situations that come up during the life of their scrum team. The book is easy to understand and true to the process. I recommend this book as reference material since the book has a life beyond the initial listen.

Agile Project management can be handled through the use of various tools; which simplify the overall processes by the needs of the organizations. Amongst the most common tools are Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.

Very well audio book! This book should be extremely helpful if you are a beginner in machine learning fundamentals and machine learning in Agile . Would recommended.

New methodology

The book covers the basics and attempts to provide guidance for the move of the new methodology. It is easy to listen, the writing enthusiastic and interesting examples are littered throughout the book. It doesn't try to be the single source of all knowledge for Kanban but offers up recommendations if more details are needed, which I personally find refreshing.
