Horrible

I wouldnt recommend this book to anyone. Literally 30% of words are "Agile Project Management". Almost every sentence starts with "Agile Project Management". Moreover book is full of cheese phrases.... "Define a vision" - really!?

Not a complete guide; too vague

This is nowhere near a complete guide. I was hoping to get more in-depth information, especially on different frameworks like Kanban, etc, but the book only lightly glossed over those subjects. This was a waste of time and money.

Talking without actually saying anything.

This book is so vague and non descriptive that it manages to say nothing at all and feels like it was written by amateur AI from Wikipedia.

Cleary Written & Performed by an AI

The voiceover is in AI clearly. You can tell by where some of the pauses are. Very obvious if you've heard AI voiceovers before.

The wording is also...robotic...repetitive and generic.

I think Audible should remove and refund everyone because I also think that many of the reviews are fake.

It was an introduction

Using the word "Complete" was a bit over selling it. Basic Introduction is in the title yet it doesn't discuss much beyond mentioning mentioning that these processes exist. It does explain what Agile is very lightly. I think it's a good listen if you've never heard of Agile or any other methodology. It's only 1hr of your life.

Definitely worth the listen

This book gives a very good overview of how the Agile project management system works. It explains the differences between Agile and several other project management programs explaining why Agile is a good fit for most companies, private or government. The wording is very easy to understand it is written in laymen terms rather than technical terms.

Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management is a very useful concept, seen also elsewhere, in this book the practical steps for achieving it, or rather the steps that one should avoid, are outlined as well.

Awful

If you want to hear the writer say that agile is preferred by project managers over and over again, then this is the book for you. I bought this to get an understanding of what agile is and it’s failed on every level.

Nothing groundbreaking

Not enough examples or concreate information, in fact the book is very repetitive. I keep getting informed how fantastic agile is, but still don't know much of practical uses. In short a lot of theory sounding like a grocery list
