A good summary to save time

This is not my only book about Lean but I wanted to keep it besides the other because it has teachings the others lack of. The most basic tools and techniques are often the most powerful. Lean sis sigma shows that making process improvements don’t have to be complicated.

Definitely worth buying

This book is a startup phenomenon and has almost become required reading for any startup founders. That being said, it is most useful for software startups and is significantly less useful for biotech and other life science startups.

Structure is well-organized and language is clear

This is a nice starter set for anyone who is looking for a smooth start in an Agile environment. The manual covers the history of Agile and then provides the essentials of Agile Project Management. The structure is well-organized and language is clear enough to understand, so I think it can really work well for all the beginners out there.

Nice topic

This book includes three manuscripts. I read each section with pleasure and great interest, because knowing more about Agile is really great. I was able to familiarize myself with the Kanban methods of work, as well as learn about Scrum, which will help make mu work more productive and efficient. You will like this if you are interested in this topic.

Brilliant

The author, moreover, offers ready-to-use Excel sheets, to calculate just a few, but super important numbers and metrics for your team, so you can track some KPIs and improve based on real data, not only your gut feeling. In the end there’s a big chance your gut feelings will be consistent with data trends, and Kanban will guide you to better predictability, less waste and rework, more evenness and joy of work.
I read this book and it shed some light on the agile project management system. The book introduces what Agile PM is and many other things about project management.
