Is your team always stressed out? Are the priorities set by your management unclear? Are you unsure of what every member of the team is working on? If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then this book will guide you to success. Kanban is a tool that helps teams and organizations concentrate on work and create a shared focus across different departments. It was developed by Taiichi Ohno in the late 1940s to improve the work done by the manufacturing department in Toyota. David Anderson defined the method when he used the tool to improve software development in the IT industry. It is becoming a popular way to visualize the workflow and also limit any work-in-progress items in different industries.

I found this helpful
There were some very good concepts for the early entrepreneur such as Validated Learning & Pivot and Preserve that could help the company to divert from failures & loss of opportunities due to mistakes or wrong strategy implementation. Highly recommended for those with an entrepreneur spirit.

This is a nice
This is a nice, thorough overview of analytics and business models and how they relate to each other.
This book is worth four stars just for the "One Metric to Measure" roadmap and baselines. I may come back and give this one five stars after I've had a chance to test more of the recommendations myself.

Excellent book
I have begun using the techniques in the book in a new start-up business that I am working on. And so far, I have saved myself some real $$ and heartache that would have happened if I used my old method of thinking about starting a business.
