I loved It

The books go into the early years of development of programming being unsuccessful due to overemphasis on pre-planning and not working with customers to ensure their needs were being met throughout the development process.

This is one of the best audiobooks

This is one of the best agile & scrum introductions that I've listened to. I would recommend this audiobook for any layman looking to understand what it is, and what's the compelling business case for a scrum.

A fantastic quick listen.

A fantastic quick listen. Brought me in well with the stories and gave valid points at the end of each chapter. Some things were a little jagged and hard to consume like explanations for terminology I thought wasn't in the right spot. I enjoyed it in any case.

An excellent audiobook.

An excellent audiobook. Makes scrum relevant for many different activities. A little inadvertently repetitive but that just makes drills in the point. I guess it's more a collection of essays and stories than anything else.

This audiobook is great.

This audiobook isn't meant to teach you Scrum. Instead, it's meant to justify the art of Scrum itself, and convince you to use it. I've never implemented all of Scrum at my workplace, but the parts we do incorporate have dramatically improved productivity.

Highly recommended.

This audiobook is a fantastic introduction to Scrum. It focuses more on the "why" of Scrum rather than the "how", but does include a guide to begin implementing the process in the appendix. It's not meant to be the only Scrum audiobook you listen to.the author makes a great business case for Scrum, and although the last chapter of the audiobook can be seen as him showboating his approach, the practical examples such as eduScrum and the Valve discussion are neat.
