The Galactic Consensus arrived on ships as large as skyscrapers, crafted from glittering alloys that no human scientist could even begin to understand. They followed the trail of century-old television transmissions to welcome us into the galactic community...only to recoil in horror at what they found. They concluded that humans were unfit to be trusted with the advanced technologies that member-states of the Consensus freely traded with each other.

Mage Errant: Publisher's Pack contains books one and two of the Mage Errant series: Into the Labyrinth and Jewel of the Endless Erg. Publisher's summary
Some curses cannot be broken. They must be faced.
As a teacher, a wife, and a mother, Anna Atticus Stone craves peace. But being a warlock champion means protecting the kingdom. It also means watching over her unruly daughter, Thia, who's fallen for a boy.
A boy who happens to dabble in—of all things—necromancy.
When that boy—and a deadly figure from Anna's past—involves Thia in an illegal warlock tournament, Anna must consider dusting off her dueling skills. But not all is as it seems, and when Anna discovers Thia has been cursed, she finds herself in an epic battle for her daughter's soul.
A battle that threatens to drag the entire family into Hell.
Anna faces her worst nightmares in this spell-binding and emotional finale to the Chronicles of Anna Atticus Stone, which delves into the life of one of the most beloved characters from the bestselling series The Arinthian Line.

Being the sole survivor of the Van Helsing family was never a burden I wanted to carry. Yet here I am, an orphan with a score to settle against Dracula for orchestrating the near genocide of my bloodline. One small kink in that plan: I was turned into the blood-sucking creature I was born to destroy. Being admitted into the Dark Imaginarium Academy to hone my new skills as a vampire and to survive the blood lust is the first step towards achieving my revenge. Ozarik is the next Zaro, the leader of the world’s witches, the modern-day Darcy everyone swoons over. Just because Claire shares a Zaro’s unfathomable magic doesn’t mean she shares the responsibility. So, if Ozarik wants to make himself a villain by casting an ultra-dangerous spell to stop death on Earth “for her,” to “protect her,” that sounds like a him-problem. Claire has a show in four hours. Story
Ian and Vic are brothers. Their lives are simple, and while they might long for excitement, happiness can be found in a hard day's work, a sunny day, or the smile from a pretty girl. Their lives are turned on end when their village is attacked and they are taken as slaves, destined to labor under the watchful eye of their captors. The strife that had long dominated much of the world had found them. Things would never be the same.

Story
When an ambitious teenage girl from Earth finds herself in a magical realm, she could be the hero—but she'd prefer to be the villain. When power-hungry Everly is reborn into a medieval world where elemental magic rules and she receives her elemental servants—the oddly sadistic Eris and the fun-loving Titania—years earlier than one typically would, she knows she's destined for a command of necromantic magic the likes of which her peers can only dream.

Another Masterful tale of the Arcane Artist
The third installment of Anna Atticus Stone tells the tale of heartbreak and loss, but shows hope for the future. If you haven't read or listened to all of this Author's tales around the Arinthian Lineage you should not hesitate to do so!!

Amazing series. Hope it's not the last book
I enjoyed this series. I can't think of anything I disliked. Well worth listening to all the books by the author. Performances by narrators are good too.

A bleak slog.
Great narrator! Dreary and depressing story. Pushed all the way through it because I liked the first two books so much.
