Very well audiobook

I have gained a lot of interest in developing what I've been doing already. I was very pedantic about my Kanban board in the beginning, This audio-book I recommend to anyone. If you have a heavy job load, the device can be customized to match your working style.

Nice audio book

Good book overall, but it focuses more on anecdotes than in the real framework. I also think it doesn't only showcase Kanban, but it is more a guide about what and not to do when implementing agile methodologies.

An ideal approach to Kanban

The audio-book provides advice on the Kanban approach for an information company with an outstanding history, analysis, and execution. Many pressure points are mentioned, many case studies are explored in the real world and specific details are protected for the IT sector.

Get on board!

Kanban is the natural progression from the waterfall through the scrum to the truly continuous flow of work. With clarity, practicality, and attention to cultural resistance, he outlines the process we need in this postindustrial, conversational based rather than thing based project world. Get on board!

Just amazing

If you're already an agilist or someone who uses scrum or intense programming, this is a great way to learn Kanban. Dave explains in sufficiently simple terms and relates this to normal agile methodologies.

Easy to follow for us

This book brought me some awesome insight. I work for a large corporation that tends to lead by force. They are expecting us, managers, to demand performance from our associates.
