Extremely difficult to listen
Huge pauses between sentences. Not bad in other ways, but I really struggle to keep my focus listening with those inadequate pauses including some times between 2 words of a phrase like "processes .............. implementation" I feel it is a torture to listen it and could not progress much to comment on the actual content.
