Best audible

I have listened to all the audibles I could find about fasting over the past 20 years, and this one is the best and most modern one. This audible has plenty of useful information. For that reason, I give it 5 stars

all pretty easy stuff

This audible had many authors, it wasn't clear when he was writing and when they were, but it didn't matter, it was informative and I have lost 14 lbs in 9 weeks doing a 10-hour window of eating, cutting out sugar and trying not to eat between meals, all pretty easy stuff, no calorie counting.

Guide to Fasting.

The best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this.

Much needed audible!

So many of the diet audibles focus on the "feast" part, but this is one of the few audibles that explain the much needed "fasting" part. Just like you clean-up your house regularly to remove trash and prepare for new items, the body also needs regular periods of cleaning.

Intermittent Fasting Works

if you are T2 diabetic - get this audible. Intermittent fasting flat out works. I am down 30 lbs in 4 months and never fasted longer than 22 hours at a time. (10 more lbs to go)

easy to listen

The author has provided a complex logic of autophagy simply and concisely. I've listened to many audibles on fasting however I'd say, this is one of the best audibles I listen on intermittent or extended fasting. Same time, it's easy to listen, I finished the kindle version in a couple of hours.

run while you can

The subject matter got me an hour out of this. I was ready to turn it off after about 30 seconds. This reader should go back to his job of voicing robots on video games or whatever. I can't comment on the subject matter too much except that it's a little elementary so it's good for a newbie interested in fasting.

This is working!

Such a relief. It’s OK to not eat! I am so tired of worrying about the right food, the wrong food, how much food, when to eat food, etc, etc, etc! I am exhausted and fed up with my weight. I work out 4 times a week doing boot camp at 5 am and yoga too and STILL, the weight crept up.

easy to follow

I appreciated the extensive knowledge about the results involving intermittent fasts. I used to fast in my teens and 20's and then got talked out of it by so-called experts. Needless to say, I battled weight without using fasts.

Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!

Great audible! I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks! I have fasted for the last two weekends for 48 hours! And I fasted from 12 noon to 5 am during the two weeks! Also, I exercised 3 times a week. This weekend I enjoyed eating delicious meals with dessert!

well done

I lost 58 lbs in 10 months. Fasting is so nice. I never have to count my calories. I eat one or two meals a day. I just make sure I fast for 16 hour's a day or more. Most of the fasting is done during sleep. I never feel hungry all the time like I use too. I feel great.

Well Written well Informative!
