Overall nice book
This book was very informative and would recommend as an entry level perspective. My only strike for this book is that I would’ve like to hear a few detailed Airbnb host case studies. Overall very good information.

Great book
I really liked how the author is so comprehensive about all the facets of being a host and renting out short term rentals. I read too much vague advice on the internet. This book came with so many concrete examples that I can draw from. Great book.
