An Invaluable Resource!

I knew a little bit about how Airbnb is a potential cash-cow, but I really needed a book like this. I particularly like that there is a section that teaches you how to make money even if you don't own the property. I will be talking to my landlord about this. This book doesn't leave anything out. There's even a chapter on preparing for guests! Don't you hate it when you book an airbnb, get there at check in time only to find the owner just straightening up? I bet they didn't read this book. :-)

A very well written book on real estate business.This book is a master piece for those who want to earn living but they don't own any property.


Personally the thing I learnt from this book is that quality of pictures matters a lot for selling or renting out the houses. I did these mistakes in the past by taking pictures of apartments with random mobile and posting it on websites. I learnt that the pictures should be taken in the way that they quickly grabs the attention of your audience.


The voice and pace of narrator was melodious, soothing, calming and satisfying. It pleases my aesthetic sense which helped me to understand the book easily.

i have always wanted to start my own airbnb business, i dreamed of being a landlord since i was a kid, haha, but i am poorly funded, and i have no much capital to invest, and this book has opened my eyes, i do not need to own property, it is very beginner friendly, i learnt so much from this audiobook, i like listening to audiobooks while cooking or driving, so that i can multi-task, high efficiency!

My wife and I have been thinking about doing Airbnb with a vacation property, so in digging around, I came across this absolutely splendid book! Not only does Kay Carroll cover every aspect of running an Airbnb, she includes details and "insider" tips that are worth their weight in gold. There is so much here that we didn't know or even think about, but instead of feeling overwhelmed, her writing style and factual insight make it all seem clear and very doable. Highly recommended!
