good

Honestly, I can't believe how good this book is. I listened to this prior to sitting through a Certified Scrum Master course and a Certified Scrum Product Owner course (I took them back to back).

Not informative. At best an infomercial.

Very dissappointing. Non stop repeating about how great agile is without explaining it. A waste of a credit and of time.

One more spectacular book

This is a very inspirational and practical book for organizations that want to increase their agility. It provides many examples, stories, and anecdotes from the author and other agile practitioners. Highly recommended if you're looking for ideas to help teams and organization to adopt agile in a way that it helps them in increase results and deliver value. I like how the book focuses on people, as people are the ones that will make the change, can drive change, and will make changes stick in organizations. Practices and processes can be helpful, but it's up to the people to pick the ones that will be suitable to solve their problems and that can help them to do a better job.

You should buy this book.

I have read a number of Harry Altman books. This one fills a big void in the agile community talking about agile and lean at scale without all of the silliness of the scaling frameworks. Practical advice with well written prose. She explains very clearly a lot of concepts that I had always thought, but had a hard time expressing.

A pretty solid starter guide

Agile project management appreciates the importance of all facilities and does not undermine any filed of expertise. This makes everyone feel valued and therefore, they give their best. Further, teams in agile project management are autonomous, giving each member a sense of freedom even when that freedom, comes with responsibility. I’d consider this book as one of the best resource book just due to content it contains.
This book contains basics of the agile project management including sections on how to make each employee own the project and take responsibility for its success

lots of blah blah blah

I am an experienced PM, with agile training, and i found the booked talked more about how good was agile, and background, but not much about how to implement agile for a Project. So there seemed to be lots of blah blah about agile, and less substance for me to use day to day. it's a return book for me...

good quality

A broader understanding of Agile is taught and appreciated in this material. It goes beyond software development. It's amazing to see that software development has produced a set of philosophies that is now changing the way we think about delivering quality products and services.

Well founded!

A guide for beginners such as this; with some basic information and principles about the subject, is the kind of guide you want to start with when you are looking at a subject this broad.
It was a good read and I know for sure I need to dig deeper and get some more practical examples to be able to understand the subject very well.

This is a practical and engaging book that takes the mystery out of what it takes to adjust to our ever-changing world for success, while experiencing deeper meaning and purpose through the inter-connected of our relationships and reliance on each other to achieve that success.
