Very good introduction to Scrum

The book covers the basics and attempts to provide guidance for the move the new methodology. It is easy to listen, the writing enthusiastic, and interesting examples are littered throughout the book.

This book delivers on it's promise

There are a lot of Agile and Scrum books out there, all promising to magically transform your development projects from chaos to perfection. This book is different. The guidelines and steps laid on in this book are not some theoretical processes that "should" work, they are actually being used by the author's own development teams to deliver high-quality software applications to their stakeholders at an amazing speed.

A great intro and deep dive

Eric's book is quite the intro to Scrum. We watched his talk on YouTube first and then purchased his book and eventually converted our whole team over to Kanban from SCRUM. We couldn't be happier with the results so far.

Excellently laid out

This book is great for information technology professionals with experience in Waterfall or Scrum. I would have welcomed more examples for first-time developers.

Great for starting out with Scrum. Had useful info on how to determine WIP limits. I reference it a lot as my job as a Scrum Master, doing Scrumban.

The Epic Guide to Agile has become my go-to guide for managing my Scrum teams. I only wish this book had been written 10 years ago. This book will give you a deep understanding of Scrum.

Fantastic listening..

Well written and the author keeps things interesting. This book is not only about agile but how the scrum team puts everything together to work as a team by following each other’s specific roles. Tech people will love extensive explanations on how to use testing tools, source control, and environmental management techniques.
