Do you want to become an expert in Lean?

Three books in one!

Lean Startup

Lean Startup provides a scientific approach to creating and managing startups and gets the desired product to customers' hands faster. Too many startups begin with an idea for a product that they think people want. Then they spend months, sometimes years, perfecting that product without ever showing the product, even in a very rudimentary form, to the prospective customer.

The Lean Startup method teaches you how to drive a startup - how to steer, when to turn, and when to persevere - and grow a business with maximum acceleration.

Lean Enterprise

The core idea is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources. A lean organization understands customer value and focuses its key processes to continuously increase it. The ultimate goal is to provide perfect value to the customer through a perfect value creation process that has zero waste.

Lean Analytics

Lean Analytics opens up the world of collecting and analyzing data to new entrepreneurs, by showing them how to use data as a powerful tool without getting consumed from it to build, launch, and grow their startup faster while focusing on the right metrics. Without data, any good entrepreneur will lie only to themselves about how good their business really is.

Wow what a book!...

Though the topic can be quite technical at times, the author has successfully conveyed the necessary steps and procedures on how to make a Lean Endeavor work. From Startup, to Enterprise to Analytics, this bundle is a great listen. I've learned so much just by listening this bundle.

Good and solid advice

This is a book I am going to read several times. Providing an abundance of references to relevant literature, and being able to gather it all together into a very interesting and relevant book for everyone who works in the field of innovation and rapid development. This book is also well suited for different management levels and includes good examples of top practices. If you've wondered how some of these concepts work together at an enterprise level, then this book does an amazing job of describing that...
