The Ultimate Waste of Time
This is nothing more than the pep talk you would give to a middle schooler. Think good thoughts, don't be afraid to ask questions, ignore the negativity of others, you have value...etc, etc, etc.
The narration is terrible, amateurish. It sounds like someone reading affirmations off of a billboard.

Far from ultimate...
The book was okay. Not very in-depth at all. The author had a good idea, yet it was poorly executed. I wish that I would have taken it as a free book for the 30 day trial, and now wish I could get a refund of my $4.
To save you some time and money, I will summarize... if you have low self-esteem, feel better about yourself, and if you have low self-confidence, believe in yourself. It's that easy people lol
Now if it was that easy, you wouldn't be looking for help, and have questions that you want answered.
The narrative was upbeat monotone, and was read at a pace that offered no pause for reflection. It's like an infomercial read from a teleprompter while the reader has perma-grin.
This book didn't do anything to boost either my self-esteem or self-confidence. It didn't give me any tools or ideas that aren't common knowledge. However, I feel better about myself because writing this review might help others save their time and money that I was unable to.
