Presents a very accessible definition of mindfulne
One of the best audio book for listeners.The exercises - which comprise the bulk of the book - are sort of familiar to me as a somewhat experienced mediator, and perhaps not as necessary for me, but nevertheless are nice reminders of the various aspects of meditation.
