very impoertant


I learned about what I was doing right fasting for 16 hours ... & what I was doing wrong..not counting calories and doing adequate strength training. Now I know what I need to do to break the plateau, thanks for clarifying clearly what needs to be done.

A good one.

Very helpful and useful audio.

This way of eating puts me in the complete drivers seat instead of being a victim of food. I am in charge and I can do whatever I like, lose weight and eat wonderfully.

The thing I like most about this piece is it has also discussed on the common myths surrounding intermittent fasting which I think is one of the factors that we should consider before diving in. Because having the proper mindset along with the right diet will make everything possible no matter how hard the struggle and adjustments are.
