Not very subtle
It was unique, but very forward. It doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to dieting in this book. You might have learned some of these secrets, but did you know all of them? I doubt it.

Pretty good, I must say
You would think that this book would be like all the other ones out there, but it's not. It definitely contains some information that the others skip out on. I mean, the best parts of a ketogenic diet are in there, but there is so much more that informs the listeners on certain health aspects. Truly one of the better ones.

Nice book
I actually really enjoyed the narrative, and the author knows a lot about this ketogenic diet. It's all the fundamentals as well as extra information about kinds of foods to eat, the side effects of the diet, etc. Nothing wrong with it, if you ask me.
