Saw Darin on Netflix‘s Down to Earth with Zac Efron. Not only was the show incredibly well put together, but I found Darin to be an interesting part of the story and this book was everything I was hoping it would be. And after watching the show you can really hear Darin’s voice in the writing (or listening). You don’t have to agree with everything he says, but it’s also hard to argue against most of what he is saying. Very informative and light hearted too.

This is a great book for to inform and shape your nutrition. If you are looking to up your game to eating better, healthier and more natural... This is a definite read! Created by the designer of Shakeology, Darien explains and validates how eating whole, all natural, is the lifestyle of choice. It not only will help prevent illness, it will make you look and fell younger as well as boost your current state of energy!

Great book for those of you who are ready to drop the junk eating and get back your nutrition!

I first was intrigued by Darin Olien when I watched Down to Earth. Then after a bit of research I discover he is partly responsible for the formulation of one of my favorite drinks Shakeology. So of course I needed to read his book. I loved every minute, full of good information for making our lives healthy & full of possibilities.

We each get 1 life to live, this book gives practical advice to make it a healthful long life full of possibilities.

I really enjoyed the journey this book took me in. Its packed with interesting and useful information. Learning about the five life forces was great and gave me a new perspective on overall health.

Lots of good suggestions to living a healthy lifestyle. Going to be difficult to make the full change but advice like this at least points you in the right direction. Gonna miss cheeseburgers and pizza tho.
