Solve the problem
I found that I can measure and record every bite that goes into my mouth, carefully avoiding things I really like, OR I can eat what I want, stopping when I'm no longer hungry, and eat anything I want. What freedom!! Life is so much easier. I actually weigh about 3 lbs. less than I did when I was driving myself crazy. I think dieting is the problem and not the solution.

Life- Changing
I enjoy food thoroughly, I'm completely in-tune with my hunger and bodily cues, I never crave food or feel deprived. I'm 26 now, and I weigh what I did when I was 16 and starving myself. Except now I'm perfectly healthy and HAPPY. I wish I could go back and time and give this to my sixteen-year-old self, this program would have saved me a lot of grief.

Helpful book
This book helps us understand deeply how and why we eat. It dispels the shame around dieting, exercise, and body image and helps us reconnect with our bodies and the pleasure of food.
