Understand a bit more about empaths.

I find myself wondering about being an empath a lot recently. I found this book and once I began listening to it, it all made sense! I experience this gifts regularly and its good that people begun to understand a bit more about empaths.

I needed to hear this.

it gets better n better as J. speakers. especially ch 10. I think there is one "typo ". at the end of the book The added bonus,. I believe she meant to say narcissists are not not just male.
Looking forward to the next book.

It’s a good starter to learning and confirming what empathy experience

This book was well narrated and was a great listen while driving in traffic. I learned a couple new things about being a empath, opens your eyes to some truths that are not easily seen and how to self care in a better way. If you want to learn how to begin supporting yourself as an empath it’s a good read.

Although I believe everyone is an empath to an extent, this is a MUST HEAR for those of us to struggle with it on a daily basis. The advice is simple and practical and honestly, I don't know why it never dawned on me before!

This book all contents are given step by step. Great informative book. Lots of useful information for people dealing with these topics is very easy to read and understand. In this book I found lots of essential information it's very useful for my life. I found this book and once I began reading it, it all made sense! I experience these gifts regularly and its good that people begun to understand a bit more about empaths...I believe I am an intuitive empath carrying some emotional empath tendencies.
