Very useful and authentic.
I wish I'd bought the book, not the kindle so that I could more easily refer back and also show my grown-up kids were some of their problems have come from and as a warning to them not to subconsciously pattern match when choosing a partner themselves. I really love this book.

the book is so informative and well written it's not full of a ton of extra words it's just straightforward. The narrator is great just a smooth easy voice.
