Down with the basics

I enjoyed this book, as I am a beginner in my empathy journey, and this had a lot of good basics. I do feel like anything that redirected to “the bonus material” could’ve just been incorporated in this book.
Overall, I did learn some great techniques and already see changes in myself and how I’ve been able to move through life more controlled every day.

Great info

I realized my psychic energies are being drained by where the negative place I live, the negative attitudes of people I live with, and how I am on a downwards journey. Thanks for the invaluable education which can help me pull out of this mess!

wonderful book for empaths

I've been part of the spiritual world for several years, so it's hard for me to learn new concepts now days. However, I am an empath and had never read a book dedicated for empaths. I learned a lot about why I feel the way I feel and why we empaths are different. learning these helps me use the tools that I already know and the new tools I obtained from this wonderful book. Highly recommend.
