Very interesting approach!

It's certainly worth a shot. Filling your mind with positive thoughts makes perfect sense, because our actions are often driven by emotions and feelings. I imagine listening through this once or twice already would make you think differently, if you let it.

Not only does this cover things like weight loss and eating habits, it also helps you think differently about body image. Great little find!

Great way to relax and feel the meditation

I discovered this book to be incredibly comforting. It provided a welcome departure from typical dieting advice and weight loss strategies. Instead, its pages are filled with positive affirmations that counteract my negative self-talk. For those struggling with food-related issues, this book is essential reading. Very informative book.

Extensive!

This is an amazing recourse! There are so many options for guided meditations and affirmations. The reading is slow and mesmerizing. Its nice to be able to go back and listen again and again. For anyone that is needing additional assistance with helping focus and being able to get your mind in the right mindset. I recommend!

10 hours of reprogramming your brain

Fantastic audiobook for women who are ready to shed the unwanted weight with hypnosis. It is truly the best method. Instead of learning more and more about diets and fitness, start with the source of the issue, your mind. I loved the soothing voice of a narrator taking you into a deep state to access your subconscious mind, because that where the issues are. I am happy to have this audiobook in my library so I can come to it again and again to reinforce the good mindset about my health and body.

Slim Mind, Slim Body!

I tried it for a weekend, it helped with some emotional eating & cravings thus far. I'll keep trying it! My favorite aspect is the incorporation of self-affirmations to boost self-esteem and confidence in achieving weight loss goals.
