I'm not antisocial and I normally don't have a problem talking with people. However, I recently started volunteering with a youth group at church. I'm in my 40s. Carrying on a conversation with a 14-year-old is not easy for me. And the names kids have these days! They're impossible to remember (let alone spell!). This audiobook is for all ages not just young adults, offering refreshing insights into a world that has lost the art of conversation, something that needs to return, in my opinion, mainly lost through technological advances. Should you be having communication challenges, or your goal is to become that shining star in the room, I personally recommend a listen.
